Volunteer Opportunities
at Fort Frederick
Wood Splitting: Volunteers are needed for wood splitting for firewood supplies in preparation for the 2012 Fort Frederick Market Fair. When: Saturday, January 21st and Saturday, February 11th (with a weather delay date of Saturday, February 25th). Start time: 8:00 AM. Where: Volunteers will meet at the Fort Frederick Maintenance Yard. Lunch will be provided. Please contact Ralph Young by phone at 301-223-8149 (H) or 301-331-1777 (C) if you are able to help.

The Friends of Fort Frederick State Park contributes support to the park by sponsoring educational activities and programs throughout the year, as well as contributing financially to support the park's historical, cultural and administrative needs.
